Well Sam chowed down on his rice cereal tonight, cleaned the whole bowl out, really seemed to have the hang of getting the food off the spoon and getting it to the back of his mouth to swallow. How can he get the hang of the spoon so quickly and still not understand the concept of a bottle? Only trouble is he already wants to use the spoon himself. Silly me, I let him have it too and he promptly jabbed himself in the roof of the mouth with it.

Olli's new trick is typing at the computer (or the cuter as he says it). He picks out the letters he wants and then types several lines of them on the text editor ("M for mama, D for dada, E for eggplant" he says). I guess we should expect kids to learn to type before they learn to write these days.

Ollie has succesfully used the potty 6 times now! Including the last three nights in a row. He is starting to like to sit on it just before his bath, which is when he usually fills a diaper. Fingers crossed that this trend continues.
