Sam is sleeping in the den now and the computer has yet to move up to the small office upstairs, so I have few oppotunities to blog now that don't risk waking Sam up. Our sleep program is going pretty well, Sam usually falls asleep on his own now with less than two minutes of crying, only very occasionally does it go longer than that. He has also gone back to long, hour and a half naps, thank goodness. He's also gradually stretching out his nighttime sleeping periods back to what thy were before his last cold, but htat's going a little slower. I do hear him sometimes wake up and cry and then go back to sleep (never ued to hear that!), so that must be good. He's still worming his way around the floor commando style and is getting so good and efficient at it that I'm afraid he will lose all incentive to crawl.
We went out to SFU last Friday evening for a lovely barbecue at the daycare with all the other families. Ollie had a ball, and Sam was pretty well entertained too. The weather was nice and all the kids ran around outside and the parents got a chance to chat. Then Ollie and I spent the rest of the weekend with some sort of stomach flu, we were out of commission for all of Sunday and most of Monday. Luckily Sam and Ade didn't seem to have it.
OK, that's all Sam will put up with right now, must go pick him up.
