Smartest boy in the world

On the drive to daycare this morning I heard Ollie reciting "O-L-I-V-E-R" to himself in the backseat, from memory, in perfect order, so I thought he might like to learn how to spell Sam. We recited that one twice, then he asked how to spell mama and dada so we did those once each and then we were getting out of the car and I forgot all about it. During dinner I remembered and asked if he could tell dad how to spell Sam, and to my total awe and amazement he remembered perfectly and went on to spell mama and dada too. Canspell here we come.

There is nothing so gratifying as picking Sam up from daycare. He gets so excited when he sees you across the room and starts shouting and running over as fast as his little waddle will let him, with a huge grin. As soon as you pick him up he turns around and starts waving goodbye to everyone in the room, he knows what's going on. Ollie, on the other hand looks disappointed when he sees you coming through the door and says that he wants to stay at daycare.
